"Federal Criminal Police Office"
The Federal Criminal Police Office is Germany’s central criminal investigation agency. It coordinates federal and state cooperation in police investigations. There is a link where to file cases:
Hello,
Based on my private investigation and the public data I collected, sorted and analysed the UK is most likely behind the Nordstream affair:
https://nordstreambymortymer.blogspot.com/
My hypothesis states clearly that there are 2 crimes:
1. The actual act by a UK government who went rogue and planned, executed the mission.
2. The "cover-up" by top EU politicians
- Few even learned about it a week before but did not stop the act
- EU top politicians decided jointly afterwards to keep the suspect secret for political reasons.
It is a mess, a scandal. Please investigate the circumstantial, video, audio, documentary, character, and other types of evidence I listed.
There is tons of supporting evidence on my blog made to report the investigation - timelines, public announcements, speeches, official energy, foreign, economic strategies, analysis, all show that the UK was actively preparing policies which would benefit UK after the attack on key European energy infrastructure. The set of data I collected show that the UK was behind the Nordstream affair.
If you need help let me know.
I may be wrong on several details, misunderstand other but the sheer set of collected data points directly to the UK government.
There are several findings which could potentially be "smoking guns" but I have no authority nor I am the one who should be confirming, investigating further.
The truth is there, too many people know already anyway so I hope you will finally expose those criminals behind it. However painful the truth is there is no other way around but releasing what happened.
Best,
-------

4. The GER Attorney General at the Federal Court of Justice
The FCPO (1) answered me to contact directly the German criminal investigator handling the Nordstream case:
Der Generalbundesanwalt führt die Ermittlungen zur "Nordstream Affäre". ich bitte Sie, sich in Ihrer Angelegenheit an den Generalbundesanwalt zu wenden. Unter dem folgenden Link finden Sie die Kontaktdaten: link
[The Attorney General is investigating the "Nord Stream Affair". I ask you to contact the Federal Public Prosecutor General in your matter. You can find the contact details under the following link: here]
See Peter Frank
-> And so I did filed a case here.
Federal Public Prosecutor General Peter Frank and Deputy Federal Public Prosecutor General Lars Otte.
...so far no response from 2, 3, 4 other than that they received it.
Lets watch!
5. The GER Bundeskriminalamt (BKA) - General contact enquiry - here.
...
Should I file more reports to investigate?
What comes to my mind is:
5. In SWE? Whom to contact?
7. In DK? Whom to contact?
8. Does EU have some body to investigate? In past it was said that they leave local investigators which have the legal responsibility due to blows happened in DK, SWE territorial zones. See here.
9. A case against corrupt EU top officials as each EU state top politicians now know yet they cover up? See here.
10. How to report against NATO?
Is there any lawyer who could help or advise? Any ideas?
Please leave comment or contact me on twitter.
Dear Mortymer,
ReplyDeleteThank you very, very much for all your hard work and sound analysis.
1. I agree with your conclusion, which I understand to be: UK did it (RN divers rather than SBS); US directed; NATO Baltics covered up.
BTW, I respectfully suggest that your summary matrix could perhaps be improved by using +'s and -'s in the boxes: where +++ is high positive; and -- is medium negative.
2, Regards help filing a case, you might like to contact Dimitri Lascaris - lawyer, journalist and activist, here:
https://dimitrilascaris.org/about/
He is very well informed about the SMO in Ukraine, and his bio and activism look to be a good fit for your ambition.
3, You can find interviews with Dimitri Lascaris on the web to help assess his character and intelligence. A relevant one was with Regis Tremblay (independent filmmaker living in Yalta, Crimea), here:

Success and good luck.
Yours aye,
Paul
Dear Mortymer,

JP, thanks, I will contact them. Thank you very much for the comments and help. It was a crime and criminals must be put to jail no mater how high they sit and whose ill interests investigators would step on. It would bring very bad precedent that this type of missions are ok. Bad bad precedent which would bite us in future badly.
ReplyDeleteOK, I contacted both. But as usual, nobody really looks into my findings. It is really strange. Once we will learn why.
ReplyDeleteDear Mortymer,
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear that about Lascaris & de Zayas, that's VERY disappointing from persons who portray themselves as activists.
I would nevertheless keep bothering them.
The other thought is that most European countries (I presume you are in Europe) provide free legal advice.
If you would like to talk, then let me know in this comments section and we can sort out a skype chat.
Good luck,
Paul
