there will be no Nord Stream 2

"There will no longer be a Nord Stream 2.
We will bring an end to it.
I promise you we'll be able to do that."

Germans voluntarily agreed that it is not good to support Russia
by approving NS2 with certification so a condition was agreed:
"IF Russia enters Ukraine, the Nordstream 2 will be stalled"
