PREFACE/ISSUE
Let´s delve deeper into logic imperatives and gather more information about this aspect to arrive at a more accurate conclusion. Shall we?
Lets explore a chain of thoughts, let speculate a little bit and see if our Thoughts make heads and heels and bring us forward or not.

Defence Secretary Ben Wallace sent warships to the North Sea this week to deter Kremlin attacks after explosions on key gas pipelines in the Baltic.
‘But there is also the question of how it was done. Was it a direct attack? Or were mines pre-placed some time in the past and detonated remotely?
'If it is the latter then it raises questions about where else mines might have been placed.’
Mr Wallace told this week’s Conservative Party conference that the ‘mysterious’ damage inflicted on the Nord Stream pipelines should serve as a reminder of how ‘fragile’ UK infrastructure and the economy were given the threat of ‘hybrid attacks’. He added: ‘The Nordic states and ourselves are deeply vulnerable to people doing things on our cables and our pipelines.’

CONCLUSION/SUMMARY:
- A presumption of innocence means that any defendant in a criminal trial is assumed to be innocent until they have been proven guilty.
- This is not a direct evidence, just extrapolation on official news sources, statements of politicians.
- Official investigators should look into this. It is a possible CLUE.
- Use your critical thinking and constraint.
- The point of this blog is to increase awareness on one possible suspect(s).
