218 - Director of the External Intelligence Service Naryschkin talks again about Nordstream affair

Director of the External Intelligence Service
of the Russian Federation (SVR)
Sergei Naryshkin

(and so other statements posted by
Press office of the Embassy of the Russian Federation
in the Federal Republic of Germany)

SUMMARY:

"Anglo-Saxons blew up Nordstream pipelines"
(Is a consistent statement by Russians and the result of this investigation).

Russia has consistently accused Anglo-Saxon special forces
of executing the Nord Stream pipeline explosions,
presenting evidence and calling for an international investigation.
In contrast, Western nations face accusations of hindering
this process and concealing their involvement.

KEY POINTS:

For Russia the act is defined as an "international terrorist act", The state involvement was direct, RU suspects are Aglo-Saxons special forces. It is the same discrepancy this investigation stumbled upon and is related to management of public perception.

Accusations of Sabotage: Russia asserts that Anglo-Saxon special forces directly sabotaged the Nord Stream pipelines, labeling the incident repeatedly as international terrorism.

Terminology in Discussions: The Russian Foreign Ministry criticizes the West for avoiding the term "terrorism" in UN dialogues, despite recognizing the act's terrorist nature.

Investigation Claims: The Russian government emphasizes the absence of a comprehensive investigation and points to Western obstruction as indicative of their guilt.

Deep-Sea Research Connection: Russia identifies a British firm linked to the Ministry of Defense as having conducted underwater research near the pipelines prior to the explosions.

Independent Investigation: The independent investigation lends credence to Russia's accusations, implicating independent conclusion based on following standard investigative processes, from data gathering, evaluations, suspects profiling, analysis, etc. The result is that there is a high probability that perpetrators are belonging to certain group, elements within the UK government. There is a need for the official international verification.

DATA/STATEMENT:

30 Nov 2024 - Press office of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Federal Republic of Germany

πŸ’¬ It has long been known that the West uses international terrorism as a means of achieving its geopolitical goals. However, Western intelligence services do not shy away from resorting to terrorist methods to fight their opponents. Suffice it to mention the explosion of the Nord Stream gas pipelines in September 2022. This joint German-Russian project aimed to provide Europe with uninterrupted supplies of cheap Russian gas.

πŸ’¬ The Russian foreign intelligence service has information about the direct involvement of professional saboteurs from the Anglo-Saxon secret services in this terrorist attack.

26 Nov 2024 -  Press Secretary of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova

πŸ‡©πŸ‡ͺ It is obviously in the interest of the vast majority of Germans to put the remaining section of the Nord Stream 2 pipeline into operation. Why is there no investigation into what led to a significant collapse in the German economy - namely the terrorist attack on Nord Stream 1 and Nord Stream 2? Why is Germany not receiving Russian resources? Many Germans are asking themselves these questions. Their MPs and prominent figures are also talking about them.

πŸ’¬ Russia is demanding - also in the UN Security Council - an international investigation into this terrorist attack and the punishment of the perpetrators. The German side, however, is persistently avoiding the issue. Regular statements by the German government that it wants to find those responsible and bring them to justice after more than two years have remained empty words.

πŸ’¬ Regarding the restart of the remaining pipeline, the Russian side has repeatedly stated that it would be technically possible to resume deliveries – provided that Germany would express such a wish.

29 Oct 2022 - Statement by Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova on the Nord Stream attacks

πŸ’¬ As time goes by, it becomes increasingly clear that a single or even multiple non-state actors would simply not have been able to carry out acts of sabotage and attacks of this magnitude, let alone private individuals posing as "Ukrainian divers". Such a complicated operation, involving diving to considerable depths and the use of military-grade explosives, would require significant resources and specific equipment that only sovereign states can possess, and which are also likely to have access to the technical documentation of the Nord Stream pipelines.

πŸ’¬ According to available information, a British company "Optima Defence and Security Group Ltd.", which specializes in explosives technology and clearance, which is about to be liquidated, carried out deep-sea research work near the Ertholmene archipelago and the island of Bornholm in the Danish exclusive economic zone in August and September 2022, i.e. immediately before the explosions of the Nord Stream gas pipelines. This British "shop" was one of the contractors of the British Ministry of Defense, the Navy and the Royal Marines and was led by former high-ranking British army officers. Its employees have gained rich experience in many conflict zones in Africa or the Middle East. The mentioned facts are considered further evidence of the involvement of Western states in the explosions of the Nord Stream gas pipelines, i.e. in the act of international terrorism.

πŸ’¬ Against this background, the attempts of the collective West to evade responsibility for this sabotage, this terrorist attack on the critical cross-border energy infrastructure, appear all the more hypocritical, cynical, barbaric and monstrous.

πŸ’¬ On October 4, 2024, at a UN Security Council briefing convened by the Russian Federation specifically on this issue, we had to announce that we would not pursue our plan to submit a draft resolution because the West refuses to agree to the proposed wording of the draft resolution. It is striking that the USA and its accomplices are persistently opposed to including the word "terrorism" in any form (terrorism, terrorist attack, terrorist) in the draft. At the same time, in a speech to voters on September 14, 2024, Federal Chancellor Olaf Scholz directly referred to the terrorist nature of this crime.

πŸ’¬ In any case, the destructive actions of the Western "camp" have not affected our plans and determination to fight for justice. We are convinced that everyone - perpetrators, sponsors, contractors, "transitory accomplices" and "intermediaries" of all stripes - who were involved in this terrorist attack with its serious economic and environmental consequences must be held accountable. Russia will continue to work to keep this important issue on the agenda of the UN Security Council and the international community.

[MRT: This part "transitory accomplices" and "intermediaries" syncs with my findings 100%, the USA learned from the NOR, they perhaps tried to stop it, did not succeed or let it happen in the very last moment and then all started to cover up as that would damage Trans-Atlantic alliance, NATO, likely end the war under public pressure.]

30 Sept 2024 - Excerpts from the interview of the Russian Ambassador to Germany Sergei Nechayev with the television channel RBK

πŸ’¬ We do not comment on the speculation in the German media that Ukrainian citizens may have been involved in the explosions on the Nord Stream pipelines. It is unclear whether this is an objective depiction of reality or a fiction that has a specific purpose. The only thing that is certain is that there was a terrorist attack on September 26, 2022.

The media reports are obviously aimed at distracting the public from the true background of the attack. Why? It makes sense to assume that someone has something to hide, because Germany has suffered great material damage.

πŸ’¬ We will of course continue to press for the German side to present at least some preliminary investigation results. Everyone agrees that this was an unprecedented terrorist attack against a critical international infrastructure object. But after almost two years of investigations, they have not made any significant contribution to clarifying the background. The documents presented by the German side clarify absolutely nothing. We hope that we can get a reliable answer at some point.

26 Sept 2024 - Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Volodin

πŸ’¬ Two years ago today the Nord Stream attacks took place.

πŸ’¬ The investigations by Germany, Denmark and Switzerland have not produced any concrete results. Our country was not allowed to access the information needed to investigate the case, the process was dragged out as much as possible with the aim of covering up the evidence. The details have still not been revealed. Almost all of Russia's requests have been rejected.

πŸ’¬ There is no trust in such investigations.

πŸ’¬ Germany was hit hardest, its economy slipped into recession, GDP fell, production patterns were disrupted, industrial production shrank, the number of bankruptcies reached record highs in the last ten years. Gas became 84% more expensive for German citizens than before.

πŸ’¬ I am convinced that the masterminds and perpetrators of the Nord Stream sabotage must be held accountable.

πŸ’¬ There is no statute of limitations here.

CONCLUSSIONS:

RU early statements and those after are very clear from the day 1: Aglo-Saxons.

There is no way that West leaders should specify it as a "sabotage" from the day 1.

My independent investigation has discovered active role of "Special Boat Services" (UK)

After 2 y of slow and deep investigation my hypothesis concluded: Elements of UK government.
